Hands down, this was my favorite wallpaper out of all of those submitted to the
W.A.R. What you managed to do so skillfully in this wallpaper (and where others
fail so often), is to integrate every element using a coherent style so that
everything simply clicks.
Superb job.
Edit: Thanks for the clarification
regarding your selection of poetry; that was something I had been extremely
curious about.
There really isn't anything I can say that others haven't said already, but I
love the simple, clean look, the pastel palette, the little dotted lines that
help give it an extra cutesy and playful feel. Wonderfully done!

making a very cute stationary set.
I remember being impressed by this one when I saw it over at Animepaper, though
I'm personally not a huge fan of the pointilistic effects. Regardless, good
work!

Ah, finally an Angelic Days wallpaper! While it might not be the most
complex-looking wallpaper, it's still very well-done, from the vectoring of the
manga scan down to the textures on the background, so into my wallpaper rotation
it goes.
Amy Lee is neither a seiyuu, a J-pop singer, nor an idol, and as such I have a
hard time reconciling the presence of this wallpaper here. Besides, it doesn't
appear to demonstrate much effort. . . just a gradient and text slapped onto a
scan.
The signature leads me to believe that you did not create this wallpaper
yourself. Even if you did, the scan quality isn't very good and the wallpaper as
a whole (particularly the ghosting) could use a bit more effort and attention to
quality. Reported.
All you did here was add a bit of color to one page from Range Murata's Spheres
2nd doujin character sketch compilation. That certainly doesn't meet any kind of
criteria for quality or effort. Reported.
Upon viewing the wallpaper in detail, I regret to say that I cannot in good
conscience agree with others who have posted before (and undoubtedly will post
after) me who have nothing but ebullient praise for this work. The disparity in
quality across the wallpaper is jarring; in particular, the subject scan is just
so blurry compared to the crisp lines of the stars in the background and the
magical effect in the foreground.
This is not a bad wallpaper, per se, but
it could certainly do much more to become worthy of the praise that has thus far
been lavished upon it.

Wow. Just. . . wow. Clap has done it again, creating an exquisitely beautiful
piece to grace our galleries. Here, the attention to detail in this piece is
simply astounding, from the hair ornaments to the designs on the dress, and in
the figure of the princess itself he is able to capture great grace, beauty, and
poise.

I completely agree.
Unfortunately, a vector slapped on top of a stock photo does not a wallpaper make. Reported.

Let's try not to steal other people's work and submit it as our own, shall we? Reported.
Ah, finally a Haruhi wallpaper that's clean, sleek, and captures the fun of the series. Top marks for yet another wallpaper well-done!
Is there a need to submit this three times? Reported.

Absolutely atrocious scan quality. Reported.
. . . it's a picture of a car that's been filtered to death. Reported.
